Follow the instructions all the way through to receive the bonus. The bonus code can be found on the last slide.

Before you start:

  • Your current plan must still be active for the transfer to Public Mobile.

  • Number transfer cannot be done on an active Public Mobile line.

 

What you need:

  • Your account number from your current provider (check your latest bill).

 

Steps:

  1. Receive your Public Mobile SIM card.

  2. Go to publicmobile.ca to activate your line and get a temporary number (do not transfer your number yet).

  3. Once activated, go to your profile and select Transfer Phone Number.

  4. Keep your current provider's SIM in your phone. They will send a transfer authorization request by text.

  5. Respond “YES” to the transfer authorization request before the deadline.

  6. If you don’t get the request, contact your current provider.

 

Final step:

  • After confirming, insert your Public Mobile SIM card and wait for updates via text/email.

  • The number transfer may take up to two hours.
